Adobe Flash Player

Just recently every time I log on to AB or change between pages on AB I get a Security Warning window appear asking me if I want to install and run Adobe Flash Player, I have to click on the No box to get rid of it. Why is this appearing, it seems to be mainly on AB but I get it occasionally on other places. What can I do to stop it - it is really annoying me now!

Just say Yes and download it. It is very small.

Flash is a program that shows fancy graphics and images in your browser.

There is no security issue (that is just IE being ultra careful) and there is no problem with downlading it.

Does seem strange though - I've never been aware of any Flash content on AB...
