when i go on youtube and play the music the clips keep stopping and starting. it cant be the videos because it happens on all of them. it only used to be a couple now it is all of them

Your download rate isn't fast enough for some reason.

Let it play, then play again. It should be fine then.

Or, just as they start playing, press pause. Then wait for it to fully load (you can normally tell with the progress bar many flash videos have), and then press play once fully loaded.
