I am about to change internet providers tomorrow. Will my itunes disappear or will it stay on the PC until I have changed my email account?

It will stay on your PC in fact everything will stay as it is now...

all you need to do is wait till you have your ne email and change it in the

Store menu > view my account > edit account info.
