go on sites from google. keep getting a site called webcry. anyone know what this is and how i can get rid? i have firewall, antivirus etc on my computer. have run spydoctor and removed problems but still have this.

First, try running SpyDoctor in Safe Mode. (Press F8 at boot up to access Safe Mode).

Webcry is a search engine hijacker that redirects your web browser when a search engine results are clicked on a search engines web site. Webcry may redirect a user to a blank web page, to websites like Webcry.com that advertise rogue anti-spyware programs, or an ad may appear with Webcry in the address field. I suggest you get rid of Webcry as soon as possible, before further damages occur. Try removing Webcry with a free removal tool, such as SmitFraudFix, if this doesn't work, then try something else.
