Tesco.com

Is anyone else having problems getting onto Tesco.com to order groceries? I havn't been able to access the site for weeks. Otherwise my internet access is working fine. What can I do?

I have also put this in shgopping, hope that's ok everyone!

I had this with Sainbury's online (they were no help at all) and I found the only way I could get on was doing it via Internet Explorer...My son-in-laws suggestion and it worked I also had the same problem with answerbank and used the Internet Explorer then and it worked

Actually I just got it to work by resetting some of the security measures and did all my shopping and now it won't let me check out.................Guess how pleased I am???

Tesco.com doesn't work properly with Firefox, so that can cause some issues. If you're still getting problems and using Internet Explorer, then the problem is at their end especially if all your other sites are working fine.

Clear out your cookies and your cache - that can often sort out the problem
