How do i move my music?

Hi all,
I've recently bought a new laptop, i have a 23GB music libary in iTunes.
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to transfer this from my PC to my Laptop?

Just a suggestion, buy a separate hard drive, which are pretty cheap nowadays anyway. Copy onto it, then copy from it. With something precious, it's always a good idea to have it backed up anyway.
