I am trying to upload my own photo on Moonpig to create a birthday card. The site used to tell you exactly what size the photo had to be. Now it just says:- this image may not print very well since it appears to have a low resolution image. The optimal resolution for the image (without cropping) would be 804 pixels wide x 1140 pixels high. I don't understand ! do I need to make my photo larger/smaller? I have tried both sizes for the card but neither work. What do I need to do?
Thanks.

According to the Moonpig web site FAQ, your image should be scanned at 300 dpi / ppi or ensure the smallest edge of your image is 1000 pixels. They prefer images as a JPEG format.

As the smallest edge on your image is 804 pixels, this prompts the Moonpig web site to warn you that your image is low resolution and may not print very well.
They will still accept your image but you will now know that it might not print very well.

Hope this helps a bit.
