What's happened to Google?

I know Google's opening page has odd decorations at times, but am I alone in finding it now opens with an all black background? Is something wrong with my PC? I've changed settings to open with another search engine.

I noticed that too, but then returns to white with search results! Its not very aesthetic is it lol

You only have to look at the Google home page to see that it says

"We've turned the lights out. Now it's your turn - Earth Hour"

It is not difficult.

Thanks everyone. I was so miffed thinking something had gone wrong that I didn't notice the link to Earth Hour; just re-booted with the same result and then gave up. I wonder what those monkeys have got in mind for April Fools' Day.

I was watching a film and forgot it. Ah well I`ll switch off now and get an early night. Don`t forget to add on an hour to-night.
