Ebay Turbo Lister - can't upload to Ebay

I'm new to Turbo Lister, and have spent ages putting my 18 items into it. I have sent them to the "waiting to upload" area. When I click on that area I can see all the listings but the "upload" button is greyed out. I've tried to go through the Tools menu but the "send selected items to Ebay" and "send all items to Ebay" options are greyed out there too. (The "calculate fees" button is greyed out too, if that's any clue in what I'm doing wrong - the only button I can access is the "schedule" one. I've set each item to start as soon as I've uploaded it and "ASAP has appeared in each item's start date and time column.)

Can anyone help - I can't face doing all the listings again in Ebay itself!

Hi Ethel
I have no option to enter one - I don't get to that stage because the button to upload is not available
Are you logged in to the relevant eBay account? If you aren't, turbo lister won't upload

Hi Ethel
I didn't think of that - but it still doesn't work. I just went into Ebay and logged into my account successfully then opened up Turbo Lister, but the button (and tools menu options) is still greyed out. I am really grateful for your help though, and if you could suggest anything else I could try I'd be on it like a shot!
Cooking pudding - but will be back shortly
This is TurboLister 2?

It is T2 yes (I've seen from various reviews that it's not considered to be too good)
I'm trying to think of any steps you may have missed.

Have you saved your listings? Save -bottom right of listing screen

Oh for goodness sakes I've realised now what I've done. I've only gone and put them all in as sample files <aaaagh>

I've now opened it up properly and gone to create a new file, and it asked me to sign in to EBay, as you said it should, and none of my stuff is there cos it's all in sample files :-(

I'm beating myself up right now... Do you know whether (and how) it is possible to make the sample files real?

Sorry to keep asking things - hope you enjoyed your pudding!
I did - I love sticky toffee pudding. :)

Hmmm - thinking. There must be a way
Have you tried File - import items?

It IS worth sticking with TL. Honestly

I've had a look in the file list but all the files in there are program type files (dlls etc) I had a quick scout around in the Ebay message boards and people seem to think it's not possible.

Ah well, I can copy and paste the descriptions which will save me some time, and I din't want to upload them till Thursday as it's a 5p listing day, so I'll do them again over tonight and tomorrow.

I will stick with it, it's my own fault for doing it wrong and I'm sure it's going to help me out in the long run.

Bless you for all your help and advice.
I don't know the answer to this - but I'm sure there has got to be a way. The best I can do is recommend you ask here - thee are turbo lister experts on this forum:

Crossed posts.

Good luck with it all. :)
