No access to my hotmail account!!!!

Hopefully someone can help me as I am not having much luck with Hotmail! For some reason, the site is not accepting my passpword - I haven't changed anything, just tried to log on a few days ago and it wouldn't let me sign in! I've tried to get some anwers on their help pages but they don't have the right answers there. When I click the option 'get more help' it tells me the page isn't available. It's driving me crazy not being able to access my emails - can anyone give me any advice?!

A minor point - are you using hotmail.com or hotmail.co.uk, they are not interchangeable.

Is there a "forgotten my password" type link on the site?

Have you got the caps lock on , passwords are case sensitive

was your secret answer easy to work out if someone you know decided to put it in and change your password?
old boyfirend etc?

Thanks all for your answers - as I can't get into my email I dont get the notifications that people have replied!!

I am and always have used hotmail.com

There is a 'forgotten password' link which i have tried - I asked to reset my password by using location info and secret question, but what I'm putting in they aren't accepting! What i'm answering is definitely correct so don't understand why.

Any ideas?!
