Webmail problem

Webmail (via Virgin) has worked better of late but now refuses to delete Sent items. If no solution is suggested here. how do I report the problem?

i just tried this. move the item to spam folder then deleat,it may work

No go drummo. The whole thing has become unstable. Spam items can ne Moved to Trash, but only after opening them - then they reappear in Spam.
Delete in Spam. Will not perform the operstion. At times the font size changes from very small to medium. How do I get to the controllers of Webmail?
