Interuptions when buffering

Ive been trying to watch a missed episode of the Tudors on BBCi player ,but the episode keeps buffering every few seconds.Ive dragged the bar back to the begining after a few minutes, but the episode starts back from the begining,

I don't know how to cure this for streaming, but if you download the show and watch it from the HDD it will run smoothly and better quality. You can also pause and rewind if you want. When you finish just delete it from the iPlayer control panel. It doesn't take up much space either. The only restriction is that you have to watch it within 30 days.
