unable to access the answerbank website

hi wonder if anyone can help with this,i have btyahoo so have btyahoo automatically as my homepage,i have no other problems other than when i try to access the answerbank website i get the error saying http 500, the website cannot be displayed and causes are most likley website under maintenance or website has a programming error,i used to have no problem until a couple of months ago. i can get it via internet explorer.

Can you access other sites?
Answerbank is badly written and many people have problems with it.

This happened to me. I had to clear my computer of cookies.

Macafee have answerbank on their site advisor list as suspect due to adverts /adware

If I use the BTYahoo browser I can get into the Answerbank site, but I can use the scroll bar on the right hand side of the screen.

I use IE for the Answerbank.
