Before i can click onto the internet a message comes up every time saying " hpqthb08 . exe application error" "Failed to initialize properly (Oxoc OOOO135) click on ok to terminate" Is there a reasonably idiot proof way of getting rid ? Thanks for your time. John

Took image zone off, and error message didn't come up ! GREAT..... Not sure whether to put it back on.. In fact I won't as long as the printer works ok ! Thanks again...John
