Has anyone an e-mail contact address for symantec to ask for help.

Like many large organisations, Symantec don't provide a publicly available email address. This is partly an anti-spam measure but their alternative method of contact, an online form, also automatically routes questions to the correct advisor.

Yes go through the web system but dont expect any answer at all. I have never had one and that is why I am an ex-Symantec user.
