Java script enabled ?

For some reason I keep getting messages on certain websites telling my to enable Java. How do I do this ? If I switch the computer off then on again it is ok but it's a pain having to keep doing it.
Any ideas please ?

Your question doesn't make much sense but I will begin by saying that Java and Javascript are not the same thing.

In IE check out the Security Settings under Internet Options.
However be careful what you enable for which sites and make sure you understand what you are doing before you change anything.

How well do you trust the sites?
