(It's nothing complicated; it will just be something like 'smtp.aol.com'). If you send your mail via one of the UK's big ISPs, the information will probably be on one, or both, of these pages:
http://www.idl.uk.com/email/isp_settings.htm
http://www.kitz.co.uk/isp/dns.htm
(If it's not on those pages, it will be on the support pages for your email provider).
Then go to Tools > Email accounts.
If you've only got one account, it will probably already be highlighted. If not, click on the relevant account to highlight it. Click 'Properties', then click the 'Servers' tab. Check that the SMTP server address is correct. (It probably won't be). Correct it. Click 'Apply'. Click 'OK'.
If you don't find an error with the SMTP address, the easiest thing to do is to delete the account and then create it again. (Doing that is perfectly safe. You won't lose any mail). Make sure you know your user name, your password, your outgoing (SMTP) mail server and your incoming (POP3) server. Start as above, but click 'Remove' instead of 'Properties'. When asked to confirm, click 'Yes'.
Then click 'Add' and create your account again, by simply following the instructions.
