www.dialaphone.co.uk -any one used it?

Has anyone used this company, as it has a really good deal, is it too good to be true, as i dont want to pay for a service than it goes bust. Also if i get a vodafone contract from them can i get help from vodafone or will i have to go through their website?

I had a new phone from dial-a-phone last week,they are a very reliable company,I ordered my phone at tea-time and it was here first thing next morning.
I also had one from them a couple of years ago and the service was excellent then too:)
