I am trying to download Virgin Media PCGuard after a disaster that required a restore from a point 4 days previous. I am unable to activate PCGUARD because I get a message "Until I amend the settings in my browser to accept cookies cannot proceed further" I am using I E 6 and have gone into tools, internet options, privacy, and lower ed the threshold" to accept all cookies" I have shut down and rebooted but still get the same message. What can I do do next, do I need tick any more boxes. Thanks for your help. Cyrilbiker

Had the crash did a restore which I believed would put me back in a safe position. I've been restored to 99% but for some reason cannot do the cookies. My laptop is running A1 except for this cokkie issue with the verification of PCGUARD. Help please CYRILBIKER
