When I was tearing my hair out trying to fix my machine, as an act of desperation I uninstalled all my Firefox Addons.

Now I can't remember what they all were.

Any Firefox freeks want to suggest their favourites?

The British English dictionary is probably the most obvious.

Most of the regulars around here use Adblock Plus (mainly because AB loads several times faster with Adblock Plus running).

Those who use Chatterbank find ReloadEvery useful, since it allows users to determine their preferred interval to automatically refresh a page (so it's great for keeping up to date with an active thread).

Thanks Chris. I'd installed the dictionary, but I couldn't remember the name of the ad blocker. I found something called (oddly enough) AdBlocker, and installed it, and couldn't understand why I was seeing ads that used to get blocked. Obviously AdBlocker is not as good as AdBlock Plus
Adblock Plus
DownThemAll!
Tab Mix Plus
BugMeNot
Delicious Bookmarks (if you use Delicious)
Speed dial
Download helper
WOT- web of trust
Stumbleupon
Scrapbook
Hyperwords
oh yeah forgot the IE tab extension, good for checking sites actually work ok in IE without having to load it fully (or for quickly accessing sites that really insist on IE)
