So how do you expect us to tell you what is wrong with your internet connection when you have given us no information.

hi when you connect the cable to your computer it shows off so please go to the start <control panel<my network places .
and in my network places you get your internet connection and please click on it to on the internet connection and the light will blink in your ip and the packets are coming and going it will work properly.
