BT Internet Email - User Guide

An elderly relation has just decided to set themselves up with a new computer - complete with the BT wireless internet package.

Problem is that she is a complete novice and is struggling with the total basics.

Does anyone know if there is a user guide for BT internet email ??

I am talking about a real beginner's guide - with pictures if possible.

Go to your library and get a suitable book - the Dummies series is good, but there are others equally good with lots of pictures.

Print off the bt email guide and use it in conjunction with the book.
