I am still trying to find sites where I can download Canadian & Australian Television programmes, these are free to air channels so not illegal,any ideas please .

Visit the television network sites.

Don't be fooled into thinking that free to air television programs are automatically legal to download from any location. It is still copyrighted material and the distribution is licenced.
