How can I get BBC iplayer in Hong Kong?
I am in H/K for 2 months and when I try, it says I cant receive it because of licence bla bla bla, but I pay for my TV licence at home in the UK.
Is there any other way?

I'd personally use Linux with X11 forwarding over SSH.
If you use Windows, look into remote desktop sharing.
You need to be able to access that machine in the UK from somewhere else. Once you can do this, all you need to ensure is that the UK machine is connected to the internet.
The machine acts as a proxy server, as Chuck suggests.
But a better idea is to just use a BitTorrent search site to find the programme you want, and download from there. But this usually requires the programme to be fairly popular.
