Lost my toolbars...
5 Answers
I did a CClean the other day...when I rebooted the first time I had to sign in again to Google and AB-I am usually always signed into AB,and my laptop was set to remember my google email addy and username. All seemed ok.
But now I have lost both my Yahoo and AGV toolbars. This when I switched on this morning. Is it connected to the disk clean...and how do I get them back???

pasta - you've been a bit over zealous with cclean
I generally advise leaving the cookies unticked
open cclean - in the big white wondow 's- windows tab
untick cookies
that should let you retain log-in details
now "applications" - untick the ones you want left alone
you'll have to start again with the log-ins - but then it will remember
now in explorer

it depends what you've deleted ... not seeing the machine - it might even just be one of those things... you need to play with the settings
just sign in to ab/google - run cc again - see if it deletes your password
but you ran cc - the settings vanish - it's a knocking bet that you've overlooked/changed/reset something
