Hi

Does anyone know of an EMail address where I can contact Facebook. I have been receiving EMails asking me to confirm friends that are already confirmed! I have scoured the Facebook site, but can't find a helpline contact anywhere & It's really frustrating!!!

Sorry but I couldn't find any contact numbers anywhere. Perhaps someone on this forum could help you. Good luck.

Thanks for this.

I have tried the links, but still cannot find the answer to my problem Facebbok just don't seem to answer my problem. Are there any techno wizards out there who can shed some light?

Basically,

I received an EMail from Facebook on 08/09/09 asking me to ‘complete my registration’, and I had already done this on 17/12/2008.

Because the EMail had come from ‘The Facebook Team’, I pressed the green ‘confirm’ button without thinking and I now fear that I have inadvertently set up 2 Facebook Accounts.

If I have done so, I believe that the accounts are identical. I would appreciate some simple guidance on how to delete one of them without losing all my contacts, etc. I have tried to get help to no avail and I am now getting really frustrated.

Please please please help.
make sure you have all your online friends on one of the accounts, then delete the other via the "settings" options.

Thanks sara3

The only trouble is, I can't remember the password for the account I don't use very much so Facebook won't let me delete it. Is there any way of finding this out? I'm starting to tear my hair out now!!!

Why does everything have to be so complicated?!?

Considering that it was FB's fault that I have 2 accounts in the first place, you'd think they'd be a bit more helpful, wouldn't you
