Outlook, blue printed gibberish !.

In some of the E mails I receive in Outlook, there are blue lines of what seem to be gibberish. I know of course that is not the actual case, but I wondered if there was a way of converting this to understandable text. Has anyone any ideas please, its probably a simple solution, but only simple if you know how.
