Firefox blocked Flikr Photos

I uploaded my photos on Flikr yesterday, but had to change to the Firefox browser as I couldn't select the Organize option in IE.

I clicked on something to do with blocking (can't remember what) that popped up and now half of my photos have disappeared. I can see them in IE but cannot Edit or Organize, need to use Firefox. Can anyone help please?
