Hotmail email problem

We've 3 hotmail accounts in our family; 2 of us can access our emails, but today the 3rd Hotmail account won't appear, and it just says 'we're doing some maintenance to improve the service' etc . Any ideas anyone as to why it's doing this?

Yes because Microsoft are doing some maintenance to improve the service. The message is self explanatory. Try it again later.
