I wouldn't recommend MS Essentials.

I tried it out and it never found any spyware on my PC. If I ran Spybot or Ad-Aware immediately afterwards they both found spyware. I ditched MSE and went back to Avast for antivirus + the two spyware programmes mentioned.

SUPERAntispyware free edition doesn't provide real time protection against malware whereas Microsoft Security Essentials does. Avast + Microsoft Security Essentials is a good combination as Dodger666 mentioned earlier.

No it's not, they are both anti-virus programs you should only ever run one piece of AV software at a time.

I said I tried Microsoft Security Essentials & I didn't like it so I dumped it and went back to Avast + Spybot & Adaware.
