Windows Live Messenger spoof requests

I am getting 10 to 20 requests each day to add people to my Messenger.
They all have silly names like [email protected].
Is anyone else getting these, and does anyone know how to stop it??

I get about 1 or 2 a day woolfy , I just block them.

They are usualy people or sites that you are supposdly be able to see on webcam for payment, some porn or chat to some idiot who shows you her t1ts.
