HIJACKED ADDRESS BOOK

Hi ABers,
My Sis has a problem, some low life has hijacked her hot mail address book and is using it to send unsolicited mail to all her contacts. The mails seem to be from sites offering online meds from Canada, and also when i did a search of a name mentioned in one of the mail headers it led to the German site of some woman offering some kind of medical services. Can any of you guys or gals offer any suggestions as to what she might be able to do to stop this happening.
