limit email message sizes I receive

Is it possible to limit the size of emails that I receive. The reason I ask is that outlook express kept disconnecting as I was receiving an email of 7.5 mb. I guessed who it was from and had to put him on my blocked senders list to access the remaining emails that were backed up waiting on the big one to download. My slider is already set to maximum before it times out

Nope, Not in outlook express (you could have done it if you had outlook)

this will enable you to delete messages directly from the server without having to download them first.
