Since i've had bitmeter checking u/l and d/ls I get huge down and up numbers like 60 to 100 mgs when i'me not doing anything ,its a new HP pc and I registed it with them like they requested and I wonder if its them checking and updating their programs or something ,The only thing thats wireless is the mouse and key board and only I ever use the pc ,Is there anyway to find out were these u/p & d/l are coming from or going to

I found out what the d/ls are they are HP Support Assistent analising the pc I think I hope ,taken the Bitmeter out now what I don't know about I don't worry about
