I am not recieving any email into my hotmail accounts. My log in and password details are correct. I can send mail but nothing is going in. I sent a test email form my ISP account to my hotmail but it didn't recieve it. Also all my MSN contacts disappeard before my very eyes.

It is probably a temporary glitch, either with MSN or your connection.

That is, as long as you don't exceed the hotmail maximum mail storage limit. This seems to vary from person to person.
