I am trying to access the Kent Building Society but I only get the above in BIG black letters on an otherwise white page. I have tried several times with the correct http address, but still the same. Looks a bit iffy to me, so can anyone tell me what has happened please? Thank you, Shirl

I get that message if I use this address:
http://www.kbs.com/
(which is what you might expect the 'Kent Building Society' to use)
but using an address based upon the abbreviation for the 'Kent Reliance Building Society' (which appears to be the full name of the society) works fine for me:
http://www.krbs.com/

Oh yes Chris, I totally forgot about 'Reliance', thank you for the quick reply. Now can you please help me further? When I clicked on your link, which worked fine, I lost the AB page and had to start again from my desktop and download Mozilla again, to write this. It happens a lot actually, not just on AB. Hope you can help again, Shirl
Do you mean 'download' or simply 'open' in your question?

If you're genuinely having to download Firefox frequently, I'm completely stumped. However if you're simply finding that Firefox occasionally crashes, the solution is simple. Nearly all problems with Firefox can be solved by reinstalling it. There's no need to uninstall it first (although you do need to close Firefox before re-running the installation program) . All of your bookmarks and personal settings will be preserved.

Oh Oh, sorry Chris, I meant 'open', but thank you for your advice, I will download it again anyway, as I do have a few probs with it. Thanks again, Shirl
