Have downloaded PDF file in Chrome, but it refuses to open...any ideas?

If that one^ works then try downloading the original one again, if still no joy it's probably corrupt.

May be corrupt, but it is a UK Passport Renewal Form.....hardly hard core LOL

You may be on a watch list sqad and this is a subtle warning.

if it won't open after you've downloaded it then it's nothing to do with chrome.

Installing a PDF reader should fix it, I always use foxit.
