Cannot get e mail account

Hi, I have been unable to log on to my Orange e mail site for MONTHS, so I did one with G mail.. I now need to get on the Talk Talk site with my old Orange address, and it will not accept the address or password althouge I KNOW they are correct! Could the address be too full of emails,and how can I access or clear the old e mails?? I have tried to put in my gmail address but it will not work unless I get on to the site and add the new address ...Whatever can be done??? Thanks, John

Contact them asap. Explain the problems you've been experiencing and they'll sort it out I'm sure.

Tried it this morning....The problem is the phone calls come from India...They are ALWAYS almost too quiet to hear and it is nigh on impossible to understand what they are trying to say,!,so I have got to try something else... John

I've used Orange for years and I haven't had to type in my user name or password . The Computer remembers both ., but in the past 10 days they have changed their home page , intermittantly and when the new one comes up it requires me to type in username and password, but at other times the old web page appears which doesn't require anything from me .
It's all over the place. The trouble started at exactly the same time we had the trouble with
A Bank being blocked. That has been sorted but Orange is still all over the place.
