Why does facebook abuse its users by disabling their accounts for no reason and with no warning and then provides no customer support or response in resolving their issue?

What do you do when you get disabled and get no support from facebook. Numerous emails and messages through their system yields no support or response. Thousands of users have suffered the same and lose pictures, videos, and contacts. It is totally unacceptable.

Ask yourself this question "did I do something wrong?"
Sorry if this seems a bit "guilty until proved innocent" but do you think you may have violated the terms and conditions somehow ?

Third and final question, are you about to spam this site with some sort of "alternative" ?

Why on earth go on 'Facebook' anyway? Its a total waste of space.
In the end it will be a victim of its own success.
