I had a perfectly satisfactory service with Tiscali for more than 2 years.
For the past 14 days I have had problems with TT; have spent over 4 hours (@5p per minute) trying to get the problem resolved, have spoken to numerous 'advisers' or whatever, and am still no nearer a solution.
I have had a mail from someone calling himself Ricardo Fernandez telling me the old chestnut that 'the engineers are working on the problem.' There was no response to my reply.
No matter that I am paying over £28 a month for the service (for your information, Chuck).
The revenue TT gets from calls to their 'helpline' must be unbelievable.
I am totally disgusted with the entire operation.
