Is there a keyboard method of moving up or down pages . Such as in AB or Google rather than using the mouse ?

Page Up, Page Down
...or your up/down cursor keys.
As NN indicates, 'Page Up' and 'Page down' jump a screen segment at a time. The 'Up' and 'Down' arrows scroll. 'Home' takes you to the top of a page. 'End' takes you to the bottom.

No they don't work ! Maybe I didn't make it clear . Say you go into Google and scroll down to the bottom of the page there is Google 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 ..........next and to move up or down it is necessary to click on the required number or on Next to go up one.
Hence my question . Can it be done on the keyboard instead ?
You need to click on either the numbers or the letter Os in gOOgle.
Pressing the Tab key moves the selected field between successive links on Google. If you keep it pressed down until, say, the '2' at the foot of the page is selected, hitting 'Enter' will then take you to the second page of Google links.

buenchico No luck ! Holding down the Tab key ( or any other key for that matter ) doesn't
work either.
Are you saying it should move from 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4 and so on ? That would be ideal but it doesn't . What Windows version do you have I'm on Vista ?.
You would also have to tab down all the links on the page. Why not just click the numbers?
It works for me, with both Firefox 3 and Internet Explorer 8, under XP pro.

Go to a Google results page and look at the top line (where it says 'Web', 'Images' 'Videos', 'News', etc. If you keep pressing Tab you should see an outline box moving from one word to the next. If you press Tab for long enough, the outline box will eventually move down the page to cover the number '2' at the foot of the page (together with the o from 'Google', above it). Pressing it again will take it to '3', '4', etc. To go the the link in the box, just hit 'Enter'.

YES ! It works on Google . Thanks but as you say squarebear its still easier just to click on the numbers. However I have learnt something today so thank you all.
