lost site

Hello All.For quite a few weeks now I have been unable to sign into AB. Each time I tried I got the message " internet explorer cannot open answere bank questions and answeres operation aborted. But suddenly tonight I have been able to log on with no problems. During the time that I couldn't log on I tried various solutions such as system restore,virus checks to no, avail. I am pleased that I am back with AB but I still don't know what caused it to disappeare in the first place. Any answeres would be very much apprecieted. S O G

hmmmm thats weird. had you changed your internet brouser at all? maybe from internet explorer to google crome? something like that? the only thing ican think of sorry. but welcome back!
