Connection problems

The only site I can log on to this afternoon seems to be AB. I'm getting 'cannot display the webpage' for everything else I've tried; thought it was just Amazon overburdened, but it doesn't seem to be that as I've tried several others with the same result. Have re-booted, disconnected and reconnected modem, but no luck. Outlook express is OK. Any suggestions please?

It seems that BT (who provide the backbone for most ISPs) are having problems.
