i have just bought my 12 year old daughter a computer and would like to ensure she doesn't go on any adult only websites. how can i do this

btw I think a far more important thing with a child / young person on the PC is making sure they dont give away too much personal information on "chat" web sites (MSN, facebook etc).
There are plenty of example of grown men pretending to be young boys and "chatting up" girls.
Also asking youngsters where they live and when they are going no holiday (so they know when the house is empry etc).
Also no giving away information about which school they go to, or giving out their phone number and other personal information.
