In what way is it slow?

Did you install all the drivers for all your hardware after installing windows7?

Slow as in it takes ages for it to respond to my requests. Google takes 3 to 4 minutes to load up. This site takes ages to move from one question to another and all the time I am typing it pause to think for a bit and then I have missed letters out of what I have typed. It has taken me 3 minutes to type this. And my question has come up in red with each word capitalised!!!
