using 2007 and its running really slow, i have service pack 2 already installed, are their any updates?

Freesat channels with old sky + box

created poster in word but the saved versions are different if emailed

And Service Pack 2 for what - Windows or Office?

To check if there are any updates (for Windows or Office) then run Windows Update.

Make sure Windows Update is set to look for Office updates as well because by default it only looks for Windows updates.

Is anything else running slow on Windows?

Is your Broadband running slow?

its just outlook that's slow, i think its office service pack 2. i have IT trying to find a fix but no luck so far :-(
