TV picture too big.

Sometimes there are letters or words missing on the left of the picture,it's as if the picture is too large for the screen.How can I shrink the picture to fit .It's a modern Panasonic TV.I've been through all the Aspects on the handset but to no avail.

Is there a digital box going into the tv? Check the box settings.

Many modern TVs have options to show the screen in different formats like cinema, stretch, 16:9 and so on. These options should be available from the remote control.

Try these different formats until the text all fits on the scren.

This can be adjusted inside the set too. If you're in the right screen mode for the program you're watching it sounds like that's the problem. If it's been like that from new and it's still under warranty, get the supplier to make the adjustment.
