Do we need to have an opinion on the wedding? Personally it doesn't impact on me or bother me in any way. I have no opinions either for or against the wedding. But it does ruffle my feathers when i get the feeling that i must have an opinion. Surely i must be for or against the wedding? Why?I wish the couple well and that's as far as it goes.I have no moans for or against it.Does that make me wrong or weird?

no.
you don't have to; but the British in general like something to moan about, and other people's weddings are always a good subject for this. Once it's over they'll be back to moaning about the Olympics.
