Pop Up Or Prefech Banner I am loosing the plot!

From the moment I start my computer there are banners one after the other which seem to inclue the desktop programmes ,the banners say that HERO Bad Image these are not images as used by Microsoft, there is an OK button or a X to close.
I have scanned over 1 million files with Microsoft Malicious software remover ,nothing found this is the same with all od my AVG,CC Cleaner ,Spybot etc .
Any ideas what this might be ,I have tried the other ideas that have been sugested

I have downloaded Highjack this ,except it is very complicated do you know a simple way to use this .
