That's a good question, anne. My keys are sticking terribly (especially the space bar) and I'd like to give my keyboard a clean.
Just pop your keys off, they lever off, but be warned what you find is seldom pretty ( and do it one at a time or you'll be trying to decide which goes where like me;)

hi mrs c. i have " bits of stuff " in mine :)
I use a combination of blowing and dusting out with a dry 1" paintbrush.
Do they just pop off and then clip back on?

Hi yes, well every one i've had does, I just pop em off with the pointy bit of the lid of a biro:)
I'll tackle it tomorrow. Thanks very much. x

You can do yours tomorrow too, anne. :o)

Yeah! I do a lot of blowing, turn it up and give it a few good taps.
Otherwise buy a new one. Bought a new one a month ago £8.50 in 'Comet' now that wont break the bank will it? (Beautiful clear bright white letters too.)

jem
Thanks conehead.
wow I must have magic powers then conehead, they always pop back on perfectly alright for me and everyone else I know:)
Jem, I use a laptop. It's all joined together. Can't just replace the keyboard.
You can still plug one in mrs.chappie
I don't think it'll be as easy to carry around if I do that, but thanks anyway ummmm.

mrs c,,, you could use an extension lead... :)
You don't have to carry it round. You can use it at home and put up with the sticky keys when out. Take the keys off and risk breaking them.
I think I'll try going over it with the vac and see how it goes.
